Any electritians here ?

So as a lot of you know when i come on TS i sound like i'm speaking trough a potato . Well it's partially cuz of mic and lag . But it's also because of that annoying static .

I think the solution is to properly ground the PC , i think so cuz most of the time if i'm not wearing anything in my feet and i try to touch the back of my PC i get electrocuted .

But the problem is here in Lebanon they hate that green/yellow line called ground and just cut it off when they install anything , so basically i dont have ground in any of the sockets in my house :/  So what would be a way to properly ground my PC ? run a line down the building and impale it to the ground ? ( i read that somewhere ) , or maybe to the water pipes ? i read that works but could make neighbors get zapped when they shower lol .

Anyone knows how to do this stuff ?

Metal pipe option is easier, but running your own wire to the ground is better.

You could try reversing the plug,  your hot wire and neutral are out of phase, While the outlet will read 110volts, it it reading the potential between the 2 wires, but the hot wire on the plug is going to the neutral wire on the receptacle, thereby giving off a potential difference, It's called a floating ground which completes the circuit, but when touch the pc you are getting a current flow to ground through your body.

you guys are 50hz, so you wouldn't shake as fast as we do on this side of the pond with 60hz while being electrocuted.
